Provided there is space left at time of contact, any person above the age of 18 may book a bunk on board S/Y "Paradise" on any of our announced voyages. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by person with parental responsibility.

We ask for understanding that we can not take infants, children under the age of 3, on any of our voyages except on full ship charters, when the person in charge of the charter, also book the guests.

Each person who books must accept in writing that berthing is on a share basis; that he/she accepts to sail on board as a crewmember, that he/she is willing to take part in the daily operation of the boat, based on each person's ability, and that he/she puts himself/herself under the command of the boat's skipper.

Each person who books must be fit to withstand all normal strains on the voyages described in our sailing plans. Physical handicaps which involve immobility, but otherwise fit for the voyage, must be confirmed by the crewmember's physician in writing upon booking. Other physical handicaps, like lack of, or low eye sight, lack of, or low hearing ability, or use of proteases must be informed to the company in writing upon booking.

A booking is confirmed when a 30% down payment has been posted to our bank account, and may be refunded in accordance general practice in the travel industry, only. No down payment will be refunded after four weeks before the voyage begins. We offer cancellation insurance with our booking terms. A confirmation that the balance due has been paid to our account, must be presented upon boarding.

It is each crewmember's responsibility to bring a valid passport with necessary visas when required, and a valid return ticket from end port. The company takes no responsibility for loss of private property while on board, with the exception of loss or damage caused by accidents which are covered by the boat's insurance. Each crewmember is insured in accordance with our insurer's rates on skippered yacht charters.
